· Complete responsibility for all of IT including administration, budget forecasting and creation, and general management. · Counsel principal owners on ways in which Information Technology relates to business strategies and operations. · Built the department from the ground up using proactive technology forecasting to transition the company for growth. · Translate strategic and tactical business plans into IT strategic and operational plans. · Director of Technical Operations, managing global support team. · IT purchasing and budget management. · Vendor contract negotiations and administration. · All hardware, software, network infrastructure, security, email, remote access, Unix OS, SAN's, active directory. · Set all departmental policies and procedures, including data communications and system documentation.
